Direct Extrusion Line
KraussMaffei Berstorff has delivered another complete direct extrusion line to Egypt. The direct extrusion line will shortly come on stream at the customer Hamza Industry Co. in Cairo where it will produce highly filled three-layer sewage pipes made of polypropylene.

PVC pipe extrusion line
Krona Tubos e Conexões S.A, a renowned Brazilian pipe and fitings producer, has ordered an extruder/pipe head combination from KraussMaffei Berstorff in order to produce PVC pipes. The machine - equipped with two new models, i.e. the 36D KMD 108-36 E2/R twin-screw extruder and the KM-RK 23XL pipe head – will shortly be used at the plant in Joinville to produce sewage pipes in the dimension range from 75 x 1.8 to 250 x 7.3 mm.
